At VIVI® eBikes, we stand behind the quality of our sports gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. We are dedicated to ensuring your ride is perfect, providing a seamless process for all returns and performance-related exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your eBike

  Carefully repack the eBike in its original factory box, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
